A Bit About Me
I am fueled by my passion to help men and women who struggle to lose weight and keep it off by teaching them how to transform their mind and discover how to trust their body again.
I consider myself a student of God, the Bible, and life and believe we can be transformed by the renewing of our minds. When we learn how to start speaking truth to ourselves and throw off the limiting beliefs of our past we begin to walk in our full potential.
I’ve spent the last 30 years meeting with men and women and teaching them that the life they are meant to live is established in their relationship with God. That they have the ability to walk into a life of worthiness and strength. And they can release unwanted symptoms and feel amazing by letting go of all of the past diet attempts and turn hopelessness into hope-filled living and reconnection with mind, body and eating.
I believe that mindfulness is the key to success, a tenant I live out through my interests in the Bible, worship, meditation (prayer), journaling and intentional connection with God.
I am currently helping men and women discover their value, manage their minds and lose toxic thinking that leaves them feeling disengaged through personalized ONE on ONE COACHING SESSIONS.
I specialize in a mixture of inquiry, conversation, listening, teaching points, experimentation with food and supplementation, exploration and well-discovered action steps that are designed to help you reach your goals by learning to let go of toxic diet culture, negative thinking in order to help you have a more empowered relationship with God, Food, and Your Body.
